Coronavirus Customer update

The Baxter Group’s sales centres and developments are open as usual, with some precautionary measures in place. These practical steps follow Government guidance and have been put in place to limit the spread of Coronavirus/Covid-19 and protect the health and wellbeing of customers and colleagues. 

This includes increasing the frequency of our thorough cleaning regime and expanding the number of hand sanitisers, alongside hand-wash facilities. We’d also like to politely ask customers who may be experiencing Coronavirus symptoms to refrain from visiting our developments or booking an appointment, until the appropriate self-isolation period has been completed.

We would also ask that those customers who have reserved a property, make appointments to view, in order to limit the number of customers on site.  Customers can be assured that our team have been thoroughly briefed on these steps and The Baxter Group will continue to follow the latest Government advice

For those who are now unable to visit site due to self-isolation, we can arrange either a call back, Facetime or Skype to suit your requirements. We will be able to give you video tours of the property you are interested in, and can send pictures as required, as well as post out information to you. 

We aim to be as flexible as possible, and we will keep operating for as long as government advice allows us to do so. We’d like to thank customers for their support and understanding with these practical steps and we’re looking forward to seeing customers at our developments and interacting online.
