Community

The Baxter Group has a long history of supporting the community and believing in social responsibility. This has been cemented in the last few years by the appointment of our own CSR Co-ordinator.

Their role is to focus on improving mental health, both within The Baxter Group workplace but also in local Schools and Colleges across Lancashire.

We expect social responsibility to be a whole company approach, and we support our colleagues in their determination to support their communities. This includes many now taking part as volunteers within local Cadet Forces or Scout groups, and participating in team challenges to support local charities. 

We have partnered with the AFC Fylde Community Foundation, Blackpool Sixth Form College and Baines School, to improve the lives of young people, with initiatives to improve mental health, deliver careers education, and give young people new experiences as well as an all-round education.
